You guys need to fix your app and respond to people who needhelp im never buying an animal from you again
I've downloaded the app three times, uninstalling it each time because no matter what internet connection I try to use no screen in the app will load. I just get failure to load messages. I really enjoy Underground Reptiles website and products and services, so I'm really disappointed that the app is not functional.

Won't load. I was beginning to dive into research on reptilian pets, including care and habitat set up. I was trying to use this to see the different types of reptiles and the price range I could expect.

Won't load! I opened the app recently and it says oops and won't do anything when I press retry and doesn't do anything when I search for an animal. Please fix it
